During this summer I decided to join in the summer school. In this summer school we are doing some reading and writing activities and other electives such as Global Issues, Social Studies, Physics/Chemistry and Literatures. I am expecting that my English will be better and my goal is that to improve my writing and speaking very well. This summer school has just started so I am hoping that it will be an excellent opportunity for me to have lots of experiences and academically, I wish it will make easier to spend my high school life.

Mr.Kenney,I find that everyone agree with me that you grade harder than the other teachers. So, don't be so hard on our new 8th grader. Ha Ha.

Hi, Mr.Kenney!
I'm in korea right now. I want to go back to Thailand, because I really don't like korean education. It's too hard and I have no vacation. During this vacation I have to study hard(tutor and academy). For me, grade 8 in ISB was really fun and gave me great experiences. I still remember when we were making African mask in MPB and Chiang mai trip. I miss my friends and teachers in ISB. I won't forget them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Mr. Kenney! I feel it is more appropriate for me to leave a comment here, as opposed to your recent posts, even though the vacation is over. I don't have any unique experiences to share, but I will thank you now for the podcasts that you gave me a while back. I started listening the the interview with Richard Dawkins, and I realized that my dad had one of his books: The God Delusion, which I referred to in my essay last year. I started reading it, and to my surprise, I found out that he had done a program called "Root of all Evil?" back in 2006, I believe, which is of course the title of my essay (I must add that it was absolutely coincidental). My mind often wanders back to the 8th Grade, so many happy memories. With this blog I feel like I am once again a part of it all.
